Iowa School for the Deaf Superintendent Chris Kaftan & Deaf Education Panel

An interview with the new Iowa School for the Deaf (ISD) Superintendent Chris Kaftan will start the event, followed by a panel discussion on deaf education with Grant Wood Area Education Agency executive director John Speer, associate admin Maria Cashman, and teacher of the deaf Anne Crenshaw.
An interpreter will be present at this event.

Student Panel: Deaf & Hard of Hearing Students at UIowa

The American Sign Language Program at the University of Iowa invites University and community members for a discussion about the experiences that a panel of UI students have had as Deaf and hard of hearing people on campus.
An interpreter will be present at this event.
Parking
- For the Monday event, you can park in UIHC Parking Ramp 4 located at 39 For the Kids Way.
- For the Tuesday event, you can park in the IMU Parking Ramp located at 192 N Madison St.
- For the Wednesday and Thursday events, you can park at the Tower Place parking ramp located at 1 S Gilbert St.
